We pack and ship boxes at the end of each month, for example May's book at the end of May. Check our Shipping Updates page for the latest info. If there are any delays, we’ll email you asap.

With the exception of your initial payment, all renewals happen on the 1st of each month. 1st of May for May’s box, 1st of June for June’s box and so on (you get the gist!).

You can skip a box by logging into your sub account on our website. Just a note that skips need to be done before your payment goes through. Refer to our FAQs for our skip policy.

We don’t do waitlist position checks anymore! Right now, the wait is about 2-5 months from when you join the waitlist. Once it’s your turn you’ll receive an email invitation. Joining the waitlist again will not push your position back, it just means you are on our waitlist twice.

Subscription renewals

If you do not skip and your subscription renews unfortunately, we're not able to cancel your box for you.

All sales are final and there are no cancellations or refunds.
