Update 29 July: An email with more info has been sent out to affected customers. We received these books and unfortunately we discovered production issues and an issue with the foil that wasn't on our approved proofs. Because of this, we will be reprinting these books. Because there are hand-signed tip-ins, the reprint will take a little longer than is usual due to the need to preserve these signatures. Please read the email for more information. We're really sorry for this delay. As soon as we have more info on timelines we'll keep everyone updated.

Update 20 July: These books are estimated to be with us at the end of this week. Packing will start early next week. We'll keep this page updated as we begin packing and shipping.

Update 16 July: An email was sent to all customers yesterday. The books arrived and unfortunately, there is an issue with the production of one of the endpapers in one of the books. We wouldn't send out a book we're not happy with, so we've made the decision to reprint this book. The reprinted books will arrive with us at the end of August. We'll do everything we can to get them out as quickly as possible once they arrive with us. We're so sorry for the delay! For more info, please check your email.

Update 7 July: There's been a slight delay in transit of these books to our warehouse. They should be with us by end of this week/early next.

Update 22 June: these books are due to arrive with us at the end of this month/early next. An address check was sent out to all customers so please check your emails. If you need to update your address you must let us know via email by 26th June.

Update 6 May: Books are in production and are on track. We currently expect them to arrive with us end of June/early July. This is an estimate only and more updates will be provided a little closer to date.

Update 7 July: June boxes are still packing and shipping. All orders will finish dispatching tomorrow end of day.

Update 29 June: Packing has started. Please note that we pack and ship in batches so please don't worry if you haven't received your email tracking notification yet. We are aiming to have all orders shipped by next Wednesday.

Update 26 June: The books are arriving with us on Monday, packing will start then and we're aiming to have all orders dispatched by 7/8 July. We're really sorry about the slight delay here, the publisher's printer is based in Europe and the transit time has taken longer than usual due to the extreme temperatures.

Update 22 June: The books are on its way to us and we'll update this page once we have dates for when packing will start!

Update 28 May: These are still packing and dispatching. Because of the bank holiday our packing teams are a little short staffed. We expect all orders to finish shipping around mid-next week. Apologies for the slight delay here!

Update 21 May: The books are arriving with us early next week and our teams will be packing and shipping as quickly as possible. Because there's an upcoming bank holiday in the UK our packing team may need a few extra days to get all orders out. We'll update this page next week as dispatch starts.

Update 11 May: We noticed a large number of customer's EVRi tracking not updating. We investigated this and found out that Royal Mail mistakenly picked up a large batch of parcels meant for EVRi. They won't return these parcels to us even though this is their mistake. Because they have the parcels, they will attempt delivery with a surcharge (as your parcel has an EVRi label, rather than a Royal Mail one). You may have already or will soon, receive a card with a fee to pay. If this is paid, your box should be delivered as normal and we will absolutely refund this fee for you. Please send us a photo with proof of payment and we'll sort that out for you asap. We are so sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. An email has been sent to affected customers, so please check this for more info. Just a note that this is separate to the below and all remaining boxes have already dispatched.

Update 6 May: An email was sent out to affected customers, please check this for more information. The last batch was meant to finish shipping last week however, a large number of books arrived damaged from the printers. We would never knowingly send out damaged books so this left us short. Additional copies are being made up urgently by the printers are will arrive with us on 8th May and the last orders will dispatch then. We're sorry for the delay.

Update 1 May: It has taken our packing teams a little longer and the last batches should finish dispatching today.

Update 29 Apr: Packing and shipping is still in progress. Our fulfilment centre has let us know all should be dispatched tomorrow. Please note that we pack and dispatch in batches so please don't worry if you've not received your tracking email yet.

Update 23 Apr: Packing has started!

Update 17 Apr: These books are expected to arrive with us early next week and packing will start then.

Update 8 Apr: Boxes are still packing and shipping. Our warehouse has advised that all boxes should finishing dispatching by end of next week.

Update 30 March: Packing has started on March boxes.

Update 24 March: Once all Feb boxes are dispatched, our teams will start on these. We're aiming to have all dispatched sometime early April.

Update 19 March: These books are due to arrive with us tomorrow. Our fulfilment centre are currently working on Feb boxes but they are doing their best to try get both boxes out as soon as possible to catch up on the delays. We will keep this page updated on when we'll likely finish shipping all boxes by. Thank you for your patience! We should be back to the usual schedule for April's box and onwards.

Update 16 March: The books are currently in production and due to arrive with us 20th March. Packing and shipping will start after Feb boxes are shipped out.

Update 30 March: All Feb boxes have finished dispatching now.

Update 24 March: We're aiming for all boxes to be dispatched by end of this week.

Update 19 March: These are currently packing and the first batch will start shipping next week. Our fulfilment centre are working really hard to get Feb and March boxes out asap to catch up on the delays. We will keep this updated on when shipping will likely finish.

Update 16 March: December boxes are all finished now and packing will start this week. We are checking in with our fulfilment centre on when all Feb boxes will be dispatched by and will update this page asap.

Update 12 March: Dec boxes are almost finished shipping. Feb boxes will start packing next week. We will provide estimated shipping dates once we have a better idea next week. We apologise that this has taken longer than anticipated as our fulfilment centre is currently short staffed.

Update 26 Feb: An email has been sent out. February books are running a few weeks behind. One of our previous monthly books needed a reprint and our small packing team are juggling preorders and these new copies. Packing and shipping for Feb's books will start as soon as the shipment of those are finished.

Update 24 Feb: We are still waiting for February's books to arrive with us. Because December's books will be arriving this week, we will pack and ship those before moving onto Feb's boxes.

Update 19 March: We know some customers who received a tracking notification on Friday hasn't seen any movement this week. We’ve looked into this with our fulfilment centre and found that a batch of parcels hadn’t been collected as scheduled by the couriers, which is unfortunately why there’s been no movement and some confusion. We’ve been assured that these are being collected today and that your tracking should update within the next 24-48 hours once they reach the courier depot, and your box should be with you next week. We apologise for the wait and any confusion caused!

Update 16 March: We're aware that there are some customers whose tracking status hasn't updated in a few days. We are checking in with our fulfilment centre and the couriers. We know sometimes it can take them a few days to scan parcels into networks.

Update 12 March: Our packing teams are almost finished Dec boxes and have confirmed that all will finish shipping tomorrow. Thank you so much for your patience.

Update 9 March: We've been told by our fulfilment centre that they are currently short staffed so books are taking them a little longer to pack and ship than anticipated. Boxes are still being dispatched in batches throughout this week but they expect to have all orders dispatched by Thurs/Fri this week. Thank you for your patience.

Update 3 March: The books are with us and packing is starting! We'll be dispatching in batches and once yours has shipped you'll receive an email notification. Our teams will do their best to get everything out as quickly as possible, thank you for your patience.

Update 24 Feb: The books are en route to us. They should arrive towards the end of this week. Our team will do their best to pack and ship the boxes as quickly as possible. We're hoping to have all boxes dispatched by 9 March.

Update 17 Feb: The latest update we have is that the books are still in production but expected to finish at the end of this week. The printers are overseas so we're waiting on confirmation of estimated delivery date. As soon as we have this info, we'll send out an email to everyone confirming shipping timings.

Update 13 Jan: An email has been sent out to all customers receiving the December box on updated timelines so please read this for more info. The decision was made to fully reprint the edition to avoid further quality issues. The new copies are expected to finish production in the third week of February, with shipping to our warehouse a week after which means we'd expect to start packing at the end of Feb/early March. We’ll continue to share updates as we get closer to receiving and shipping the books. Thank you so much for your patience. We're really sorry for this delay.

Update 22 Dec: December books are delayed as the printed edges didn’t come out as intended during the printing process and are going to be reprinted. An email has been sent with more details, so please check your inbox. As this is happening over the festive period and printers are closed, we don’t yet have a confirmed timeline, but we anticipate the new copies sometime in Jan. We’ll keep everyone updated via email in the new year as soon as we have more information. Thank you so much for your patience!
