Update 5 Jan: We're still waiting for a confirmed timeline from the publisher and printers. They've been closed over the holiday season. We're hoping to have an update this week and will send everyone an email as soon as we have more information. Thanks for your patience.

Update 22 Dec: December books are delayed as the printed edges didn’t come out as intended during the printing process and are going to be reprinted. An email has been sent with more details, so please check your inbox. As this is happening over the festive period and printers are closed, we don’t yet have a confirmed timeline, but we anticipate the new copies sometime in Jan. We’ll keep everyone updated via email in the new year as soon as we have more information. Thank you so much for your patience!

Update 31 Oct: Boxes are still on the move and we expect all orders to finish dispatching early next week. We’ve just transitioned to a new fulfilment centre, so thank you so much for your patience during the switch!

Update 29 Oct: Dispatch has started and you'll receive an email with your tracking link once your box is on its way. We've moved fulfilment center's this month and are shipping via Evri for UK orders because of the issues we've faced using Royal Mail (tracking and scanning delays) over the last couple months. You may receive email updates from Evri directly.

Update 21 Oct: The books are expected to arrive with us at the end of this week and packing will start then. We're aiming to have all boxes shipped by end of the month.

Canada Post Strike 21 Oct: All orders to Canada have shipped.

Canada Post Strike 16 Oct: Canada Post have moved to rotating strikes which means services has resumed. Disruption is still expected with backlogs they need to get through. We'll finish shipping Canada orders by end of next week. Please allow ample time for your order to get to you before contacting us.

Update 10 October: All boxes are shipped. We're aware of a tracking issue affecting customers who received their tracking link on the 2nd of October. We’ve investigated this with Royal Mail and although they had collected the parcels on the 2nd, they hadn’t scanned and put them through the network. They updated us yesterday that those parcels are going into the network now, so we're hopeful that all parcels affected should have their status updated by Monday. If your parcel still hasn't updated EOD Monday, please contact us and we can look at organising a replacement. Thank you so much for your patience and we're really sorry about this issue.

Update 9 October: All full box orders will be dispatched by the end of this week. Please allow a few working days for your tracking to update as Royal Mail collect and scan in batches. We're also aware of some customers where their tracking hasn't updated since last week, we've investigated and Royal Mail have confirmed these should be moving into the network today.

Update 29 Sep: Unfortunately full box orders are delayed as we're there's been a delay with the goodie in the box and we won't receive this until next Monday. We'll do everything we can to get them out asap next week. Book only orders are unaffected and should finish shipping by Wednesday.

Update 5 Sep US Orders (Liimted Sale and Sub Boxes): Good news! We've been told by our fulfilment centre we should be able to resume shipping and we're aiming to have all US orders out by next Thurs/Fri.

Update 27 Aug: US orders are temporarily delayed. While books are zero rated for VAT in the UK, USPS is currently applying flat rate fees without checking contents. Your box is safe and set aside and we're waiting to hear from Royal Mail we can resume shipping. We don’t expect any extra charges for orders already paid for. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have a clear timeline. Please check your email for more info!
