Damage ratings:
A grade - Minor imperfections (e.g., minor marks and dents, slightly blurry/imperfect edges, visible text block splits, other defects that don't affect overall design or shelf display majorly)
B grade - Moderate imperfections (e.g., more obvious marks, scuffs and dents, more obviously imperfect edges)
C grade - Bigger imperfections (e.g., endpage art printed upside down, corners crushed)
